Alejandro Nila has extensive experience in corporate matters and companies in general. Advises clients on matters before federal and local authorities, as well as employers before conciliation and arbitration boards and other authorities. He has experience in litigation and advice in various labor matters, including union affairs.
Alejandro also has broad experience in commercial, corporate and complex international law.
