Mr. Zayas has extensive litigation experience in individual and collective labor conflicts and has fluent knowledge of the different criteria applied by the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards in the Mexican Republic. He provides counsel advices on a wide variety of issues in employment law, including contract negotiations, reorganization and personnel reductions, drafts of company benefits and practice on collective labor negotiations and litigation, with emphasis on restructurings and layoffs resulting from mergers and acquisitions. He is also experienced in Amparo actions filed with Circuit Collegiate Courts and District Courts, as well as with the Supreme Court of justice of the Nation.
